Great place and the view is of Mt. Hood is amazing. Love waking every morning to the view of the mountains and nature. Close to stores and schools.

I have lived at Sunridge Terrace for almost a year and I have nothing but positives to note about this apartment complex. The application process was simple as well as the initial unit walk-through, receiving my keys (on a Sunday too!), and moving. Sunridge caters to just about any age range and conducive to families. The apartments are located in a central location, close to a park, grocery store, Starbucks, etc. Considering the complex is fairly large I’ve never had an issue with noise— morning or night. You are able to pay your rent online, the staff/maintenance are so helpful, other residents are friendly, therefore overall, 5/5 stars for Sunridge :)

We've been lived here for almost 4 years now and we love it! Great apartment and staff. If we ever have an issue, it is handled right away. No complaints here!

Been here 3 years in the 2BD/2BR layout, it’s been pretty great for the most part. Pros: - layout is very spacious and comfortable for the price, appliances are new, love the balcony - maintenance requests are simple and completed in a timely manner - very pet-friendly - rental portal is convenient for rent payments, tracking maintenance requests, and messages about updates from the property management team Cons: - there’s been some inconsistent application of tenant conduct policies pertaining to parking policy, acceptable smoking areas, acceptable items allowed on balcony - at times the trash enclosures are not well-kept (signs of “dumping” that seem to go unaddressed by management) which can create inability for tenants to utilize dumpsters due to being overfilled Overall: - this has been a great living experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a ‘last stop’ before purchasing a home. Far far better than other experiences I’ve had with apartment living previously

My name is Rebekah and I have lived at Sunridge terrace for a little over a year and I absolutely love it! They were so helpful at move in and the community is so great. It’s safe and clean. Maintenance is so quick to respond to anything we need.

Been here for five months and so far so great. People are very nice and grounds are always clean. Parking is very limited.

This is a very quiet complex. It is dog friendly. The people are really nice. My grandson loves the playground. I had a maintenance issue that was fixed the same day I put the order in. I thought that was amazing. I have lived in many apartment complexes and maintenance issues we're almost never fixed same day. They have food trucks that come sometimes on Fridays which is nice when it's hot and you don't want to cook.

Been at Sunridge for a short time now, but wish we would have found them Sooner. Very clean and the staff is friendly. Also quiet with a great walking path. Also fun with the random food carts that come by as well as the Christmas activities!

After putting in a request because of a wall switch not working properly, Alex in maintenance came to our Apt to diagnose the issue. Not long after, maybe 20min Alex had the electrical fixed with the light switch up and working; thumbs up to Alex and the rest of the maintenance team.

I've enjoyed living here. I was moving from out of state and extremely stressed when it came to finding a place that I wouldn't have time to even look at. Not only was everyone extremely helpful and accommodating to my situation the apartment was everything I needed. When I got here I noticed an issue with the sink and maintenance wasted no time in showing up to fix it, he was extremely kind and courteous (and still says hi when I'm out walking).
