Very good experience and beautiful apartment homes! Ruth the assistant manager gave me a tour and was Very detailed, explaining everything very knowledgeable and very friendly , definitely recommend !!

Pending my divorce, I searched many apartment units looking for the best fit. Your employee, Terry Robinson, gave me a tour of your units and All my anxiety faded. Finally something I could live in. I've been helping my sister look for apartments in the Clackamas and East Portland area. Sunridge Terrace was the third complex we toured in 2 weeks. Although we decided to stay closer to family in East Portland, our tour guide Terry Robinson was professional and patient. Sunridge Terrace is a very beautiful and well kept complex. Safe neighborhood surrounding it and not far from freeway. Thank you Terry for your time and respect.

I’ve been living here for about a year and have nothing but great things to say :) The property is clean, maintenance is very attentive with solving issues, and the office staff always create a welcoming space! Highly recommend moving here!
