The maintenance team here is STELLAR. What has gone unfixed at previous apartments I’ve lived in is corrected so fast around here. The team works well to accommodate my needs and schedule, often resolving problems same or next day. And they’re nice people, on top of being skilled and knowledgeable. The office staff has always been lovely, often throwing mixers and holiday events. They communicate well, and have been super supportive for residents - helping find lost packages, leaving us cards on our door for various holidays, and providing the sweetest welcome package with treats and local coupons upon move in. Our neighbors are quiet and kind, and the community, although small, is very comfortable. We don’t pay an up charge for amenities we don’t use (looking at you, apartment pools you can’t use for 9 months of the year in Portland…) but the amenities here are lovely to have - small playground, basketball hoop, walking path around the property and “fitness stations.” Dog waste bags are plentiful, which is helpful when I forget to refill my roll. Our unit is tucked back from Sunnyside, and we do still get some road noise, but it’s not unbearable. This is the most modern apartment we’ve had, and the insulation is great! Inside the kitchen is lovely and spacious, the open floorplan is great for hosting friends and family, and the in-unit features work great for us. CANNOT beat having in-unit laundry. Overall, we love our home, love our neighborhood, and love our time here at Sunridge Terrace.

I've lived here for several years and have had a wonderful experience. The manager is so very sweet, friendly, and welcoming. The office staff is great, always helping and going above and beyond to take care of any situation promptly and in a timely manner. Their communication is direct and open, and I feel supported and heard. The maintenance team is always on top of things and very professional. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and the office is clean and welcoming. A couple of weeks ago, there was some traffic around the loading zone, but this was due to different contractors working to improve the property. It was just a temporary situation for a few days, and it was necessary for making the property even better. After the repairs, parking went back to normal. It's important to understand that these improvements are for the best and only temporary. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a supportive and well-maintained living environment. It's not fair to lie and leave a bad review; it brings others down and might stop new people from having a chance to live in these great apartments. Daily duties are done efficiently, and the property looks very clean. This community truly cares about its residents and their living experience.

May and Marisol were so welcoming and professional to work with and I feel they really went above and beyond to help get me into my new unit. I am happy to be renting from Sunridge for the second time. The property is well maintained, neighbors are quiet and respectful, the inside of the unit is updated and spacious and welcoming and the view from the balcony is beautiful and it’s close to all the shopping and Kaiser hospital.

Although we decided to stay closer to family in East Portland, our tour guide Terry Robinson was professional and patient. Sunridge Terrace is a very beautiful and well kept complex. I love living here. It is the best location! Walking distance from Grocery Outlet, Iris Salon, Starbucks and Happy Valley Food Carts! The complex is very quiet. The surrounding neighborhood is wonderful and beautiful with lots of parks nearby. I feel safe to let my children go out and play and they are really enjoying the school district as well. Lived here almost 2 years now and this is the best managing and maintenance staff I’ve ever experienced. Very friendly and quick to respond to queries/concerns/maintenance issues. Location is great as it is in walking distance to the bus, shopping, library, park, and elementary school. Nice walking paths around complex to take your dog and they provide bags! Highly recommend checking it out here if you are looking for a new place to live!

I've lived here for a year and a half and have for the most part been very happy with my stay. However, new management is taking over and the transition has already left a sour taste in my mouth. Last week we received notice that the resident portal would no longer be working and that we would only be able to pay rent via check or money order until the new system is online which is TBD.... Unacceptable, the new system should have already existed and been tested and been ready for the transition so that we (the residents) would not have to be impacted. On top of that the fire alarms were set off today multiple times which immediately prompted people to think there was a fire, except there wasn't because it was simply a test yet there was ZERO communication sent out about alarm testing. When I called the leasing office to voice my concerns they simply said "Thanks for calling" Edit: New management has improved dramatically since my original review, also huge shout-out to the maintenance team who are quick to respond and resolve any issues.

I recently moved into Sunridge Terrace and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, taking care of any issues I have had in a timely manner. Tiana was very helpful during the move in process. The complex itself is beautifully maintained with lush landscaping . The units are spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities and plenty of storage space. The location is also ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining. I highly recommend Sunridge Terrace to anyone in the market for a new place to call home. It truly has been a pleasure living here and I look forward to many more happy years at this wonderful community.

Maintenance and staff were always on top of it and got any issues with my apartment taken care of. There are not many places in the area that offer such a large garage that could fit my truck, tools, and motorcycle.

I have lived at Sunridge Terrace for almost a year and I have nothing but positives to note about this apartment complex. The application process was simple as well as the initial unit walk-through, receiving my keys (on a Sunday too!), and moving. Sunridge caters to just about any age range and conducive to families. The apartments are located in a central location, close to a park, grocery store, Starbucks, etc. Considering the complex is fairly large I’ve never had an issue with noise— morning or night. You are able to pay your rent online, the staff/maintenance are so helpful, other residents are friendly, therefore overall, 5/5 stars for Sunridge :)

This is a very quiet complex. It is dog friendly. The people are really nice. My grandson loves the playground. I had a maintenance issue that was fixed the same day I put the order in. I thought that was amazing. I have lived in many apartment complexes and maintenance issues we're almost never fixed same day. They have food trucks that come sometimes on Fridays which is nice when it's hot and you don't want to cook.

Here are my 2 Cents about the Apartments. - The management is polite and they listen to your concerns. - They are fair and understanding. - The apartment is what you expect from it and becomes a home easily. - We had some issues with people living here and they reacted diligently and according to expectations. - During the pandemic they went above and beyond expectations. We didn't thought it much to renew our 2 year agreement. It was an easy decision, even when we had multiple options available due to the pandemic. We have recommended the place to friends and co-workers. There is nothing more to say, if you are considering it, i think you wont be disappointed at taking the opportunity to live here. This are my 2 cents for you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- / 2023 Edit / Our rent went up by a hike of approximately 300 Usd. In all fairness we had a very good rate to start with but a hike of that level can put your budget to its knees. We were very displeased about the hike and we asked if there was a chance to get a better rate. It was flat denied. Also our agreement went from 2 years to 1.5, we also tried to keep the agreement lifetime intact but it was also denied. Because of this reason I will take one of the stars out of my review. Things could have being avoided by negotiation, dialog and reaching a fair agreement for both parties. Instead we got the cold shoulder, even when we have being great tenants. We give no problems, nothing gets broken on our apartment in years and we never miss a payment. In the end we understand, "they need to make money", but they also need to understand the value important customers. We understood we were a number in the spreadsheet and accepted the contract. I look forward to see if things change so I can adjust this edit at the end of our contract. See you again in a year and half.

I've enjoyed living here. I was moving from out of state and extremely stressed when it came to finding a place that I wouldn't have time to even look at. Not only was everyone extremely helpful and accommodating to my situation the apartment was everything I needed. When I got here I noticed an issue with the sink and maintenance wasted no time in showing up to fix it, he was extremely kind and courteous (and still says hi when I'm out walking).

The maintenance staff here is always professional and courteous, and they get things done quickly! The manager Deborah has been awesome as well, she has been a huge help during Covid keeping those who have needed help supplied with resources. My husband and I have been truly blessed to be living here, we couldn’t of asked for a better place.

This is a pleasure to tell you what a pleasant place Sunridge Terrace is to reside in. My wife and I have bee residents here for the last 8 years and have had a wonderful experience regarding maintenance and the expeditious action solving the problem reported. The maintenance employees are professional and knowledgeable in their tasks. If we had a problem with other residence, which were very few, the office staff would immediately clarify the problem and solve it. The grounds around the property are meticulously maintained. Kudos to the office stall and their professionalism and kindness.

Wow! Talk about last minute, wonderful service! Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were still looking for a new apartment 4 days before the move out date. Took a look at Sunridge Terrace. Very nice and clean. The property is well cared for and you can tell the onsite staff and the owners care deeply about keeping this property in tip top condition. Due to a health issue I needed someplace clean and medically safe. Without overwhelming cleaning and prep odors. This is it! And they bent over backwards to get the paperwork through quickly as well as being very thorough, taking the time to explain al, the details. And what a great value. Our units comes with assigned parking and a garage, included in the monthly rent. Which saved us from paying for storage. What a blessing! update February 2021 "Having worked in apartment and building maintenance I was not excited to see the leak in the ceiling and the water on the floor as the ice melted from the recent storm we had in Portland in early February 2021. Based on previous experiences I was not looking forward to dealing with this one. Due to some challenging health issues any remediation and/or restoration process could have been a long and arduous. However, my anxiety was totally eliminated as we worked through the situation with the management team at Sunridge Terrace apartments. Not only did they respond within hours after my first call, but when I went on to explain that depending on what the inspection revealed, I might have to vacate the unit and find other lodging. I was so surprised when the leader of the leasing team asked me to send her a detailed explanation of my health issues and what might be necessary to resolve the whole issue. Upon receiving my details we conversed in a personal call at length, they listened to my suggestions (I listed 3 options), and we were able to agree on the best approach to get the job done. I would have to say they were totally professional, understanding, kind and thoughtful in the way they handled the situation. It was an amazing experience. Thank you Sunridge Terrace management team for caring about the people who live here and taking care of the property at a 5 star level." Thank you Sunridge Terrace! ...update...6 26 23 my 3rd year starts in June. The property switched over to new owners. I was sorry to see the previous office staff leave. As in any customer service situation, building a collaborative, mutually beneficial relationship is paramount. Gratefully, as with the previous office staff, the new group has gone to great lengths to ensure the least disruption in care or service. This goes for the maintenance crew. Cannot say enough for those two! They are always on the go, willing to help and converse about anything the residents may need. The community continues to be quiet, clean and respectful of everyone.

My mom and I have lived here since the apartment were built in 2012, I believe. There have been several property managers since then, and each has been great in their own ways but Debra has outshone them all with her charisma and her kindness. She always treats everyone with respect and friendliness, and is always ready to help out in any way we may need. My current living situation is about to change. My roommates are getting ready to have a baby and I have been looking around for a new place to live. I decided to take a tour of Sunridge yesterday and wanted to give my thoughts. 1. The staff were very friendly. 2. Washer and Dryer are in the apartment. (no need to lug your laundry to a separate building) 3. I don't drive so having the bus stop nearby is always a plus. 4. Basketball court for summer time :) 5. Two parks are directly nearby (also good for summer) :) From what I saw this is definitely going to be a new option for me.

I lived here for two years and it was very comfortable. Great views of the valley and Cascade Mt range. The management was very responsive and handled even the most difficult conversations professionally and with tact. I only needed maintenance a couple of times, but they were very friendly and got the job done quickly.
