I've been helping my sister look for apartments in the Clackamas and East Portland area. Sunridge Terrace was the third complex we toured in 2 weeks. Although we decided to stay closer to family in East Portland, our tour guide Terry Robinson was professional and patient. Sunridge Terrace is a very beautiful and well kept complex. Safe neighborhood surrounding it and not far from freeway. Thank you Terry for your time and respect.

Alex from maintenance and Terry in the office have been incredible! They are friendly and address every concern or issue very quickly and with a smile!

I’ve been living here for about a year and have nothing but great things to say :) The property is clean, maintenance is very attentive with solving issues, and the office staff always create a welcoming space! Highly recommend moving here!

The maintenance crew are great at Sunridge. They complete the job they have in a timely manner, have a great attitude and are very respectful and courteous.

Aleks helped me with an issue last week, Eladio this week! They are both just excellent maintenance men, love it that they are here!
