Wonderful place to live and central location to happy valley. Front office and property staff are friendly and attentive- would definitely recommend living here.

I am a first time renter and I’ve lived at Sunridge going on two years now. I just want to say how Thankful I am that I found Sunridge. The staff is fantastic, the ladies in the office always go above and beyond to help with anything they can and the maintenance staff are just as great. The complex is beautiful inside and out and the views are stunning. So happy to call Sunridge my home!

My mom and I have lived here since the apartment were built in 2012, I believe. There have been several property managers since then, and each has been great in their own ways but Debra has outshone them all with her charisma and her kindness. She always treats everyone with respect and friendliness, and is always ready to help out in any way we may need. The apartments are obviously beautiful, but living here is also so comfortable and we love it. Thank you Debra, for all that you do for us!

My current living situation is about to change. My roommates are getting ready to have a baby and I have been looking around for a new place to live. I decided to take a tour of Sunridge yesterday and wanted to give my thoughts. 1. The staff were very friendly. 2. Washer and Dryer are in the apartment. (no need to lug your laundry to a separate building) 3. I don't drive so having the bus stop nearby is always a plus. 4. Basketball court for summer time :) 5. Two parks are directly nearby (also good for summer) :) From what I saw this is definitely going to be a new option for me.

It is such a beautiful Apt, it feels like a house, it's quiet and the property is kept up nice:) The Manager Deborah is so kind and genuine, which is a rarity in today's world, we Love her and think she is just amazing!!

We love this apartment home! The apartment itself is beautiful, especially how open and bright it is. The office and maintenance staff are very nice and responsive. We couldn't be happier here.
